Proof Lab Beer Garden is nestled between our retail stores and was built as a community gather space for our customers, staff, and for new and old friends passing through town. We have 40 drinks on tap full of the best local beers, ciders, kombuchas, and non-alcoholic drinks. When searching for the perfect food partner we looked no further once our friends at Hook Fish Co. expressed interest. Hook Fish Co. is a retail seafood business bringing thoughtfully sourced seafood direct to local consumers.
