Hook Fish Co at Proof Lab Beer Garden

Hook Fish Co. at Proof Lab Beer Garden re-opened for outdoor dining on June 4th. We've made a host of changes to make this experience as safe and welcoming for all. Despite the challenges of having to reinvent our offering, we have settled into a good new groove and have heard from customers that they prefer many of the new ways over the old.

Our seating is now limited on a first-come first-serve basis. Weekdays tend to have open seating for lunch, and less than a 20 minute wait for dinner. Weekends with nice weather have seen peak lunch (12-2pm) and peak dinner (5-8pm) wait times in the 15-45 minute range. But you can always shop our retail stores next door or pick up a coffee at Equator. 

Proof Lab Beer Garden is nestled between our retail stores and was built as a community gather space for our customers, staff, and for new and old friends passing through town. We have 40 drinks on tap full of the best local beers, ciders, kombuchas, and non-alcoholic drinks. When searching for the perfect food partner we looked no further once our friends at Hook Fish Co. expressed interest. Hook Fish Co. is a retail seafood business bringing thoughtfully sourced seafood direct to local consumers. "We exist to tell you the story of where your fish comes from, how it was caught, and who caught it."

• Masks MUST be worn at all times, unless seated. If you need to get up, please put mask on before standing up.
• Table time limited to 60 minutes
• Please bus your own tables
• Table size limited to 8, including any children
• Please send one or two people per table to order food/drinks.
• Everyone (including children) must remain seated. Please no standing or playing
• We love dogs, but they must be on leash
